The methods and systems may include identifying an environmentally relevant item recognized by a first jurisdiction, identifying an environmentally relevant item recognized by a second jurisdiction and providing a software-based module by which a user can manage actions related to the import and export of the environmentally relevant items from one jurisdiction to another.
