A wireless communication device provided with an Emergency Identification
system actuated by a dedicated EI button. In emergency situations, a
third party such as a first responder may quickly access limited medical
and personal information concerning the incapacitated individual by
depressing the EI button and scrolling through the EI system screens. The
device may be incorporated into a variety of wireless devices such as
cellular phones, PDA's, Blackberry's.RTM. and other devices. While the
information made available is carefully selected so as to not enable
identity theft, a lock-out or disabling feature is included.
