A sweetener composition having erythritol and a stevia extract, wherein
from about 20% to about 75% of the sweetness of the composition comes
from stevia and the stevia has a Rebaudioside A level of from about 80 wt
% to about 99 wt % relative to all steviol glycosides that is useful as a
tabletop sweetener. The sweetener composition can be formulated as cubes,
granules for use in sachets or packets, and tablets.
