The plaster has novel design features which enable, in particular, protein- or peptide-containing medicaments, such as, for example, erythro-poietin (EPO), to exert their wound-healing or wound-healing-promoting action by release of the active compound from the plaster without being significantly deactivated or metabolized in the process by substances occurring in the wound secretion.
