The invention proposes a device and method for the preparation of
brochettes with picked-and-placed food consisting of a brochette (17) and
one or more pieces of foodstuff (4). The brochette (17) is held by a
brochette holder. The pieces of foodstuff (4) are picked up from a
transport device (2) by ingredient grippers (5, 11, 12) and slipped onto
the brochette (17) or placed in a mold, into which the brochette is
subsequently introduced.
