A drug for alleviating bleeding tendency caused by a thrombus removing means comprising, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by formula (I): ##STR00001## (wherein R.sup.1 represents hydrogen or a metabolic ester residue, R.sup.2 represents hydrogen or --R.sup.3--R.sup.4 (wherein R.sup.3 represents --SO.sub.3--, --CH.sub.2COO--, --COCOO-- or --COR.sup.5COO-- (wherein R.sup.5 represents lower alkylene or lower alkenylene), and R.sup.4 represents hydrogen or a metabolic ether residue)),or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof.
