The present invention relates to new compounds of formula I. (I) wherein R.sup.1 to R.sup.12, X, Q and n are as defined as in formula I, or salts, solvates or solvated salts thereof, processes for their preparation and to new intermediates used in the preparation thereof, pharmaceutical formulations containing said compounds and to the use of said compounds in therapy. ##STR00001##
