A new and distinct cultivar of Acalypha plant named `Sizzle Scissors`, characterized by its compact, rounded, upright and outwardly spreading plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; and deeply and irregularly crenate leaves that are green, pink and red purple in color.
