A grab rail and a muffler support structure has a reduced number of
components and a simplified structure. Therefore, the cost is reduced. A
grab rail is attached to the rear portion of seat rails supporting a
seat. The grab rail is provided with left mount holes and right mount
holes serving as a mount portion used to attach the grab rail to the seat
rails. A muffler support for supporting the muffler of an exhaust system
is also provided. The grab rail also serves as the muffler support.
