A new and distinct cultivar of Scented Geranium plant named `Paccrio`, characterized by its upright and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely flowering habit; single pink-colored flowers with a red purple-colored blotch on the upper petals; and good garden performance.
