An assembly structured to facilitate the practice of various martial art
techniques by an individual such as kicks, punches and other physically
delivered blows associated with various forms of the martial arts. At
least one elongated stanchion is operatively supported by a base,
preferably having a stabilizing assembly, in a substantially vertical,
upright position. The stanchion comprises a plurality of support
assemblies extending outwardly therefrom and being adjustable at various
heights along the length thereof. Each or a predetermined number of the
support assemblies include a mounting structure secured to an outer end
thereof at a predetermined orientation. Each of the mounting structures
is dimensioned, disposed and configured to have a striking target, such
as a Thai pad, or like structure disposed in an exposed, accessible
location to facilitate the delivery, by the individual, of different
types of martial art blows.
