The present invention relates to new bisbenzisoselenazolonyl derivatives of the following general formula (I), wherein R is C.sub.4-5-alkylene, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The inventive derivatives have antineoplastic, anti-inflammatory and antithrombotic activities. ##STR00001##
