The layered body includes a layered portion comprising a plurality of transparent thin films with different refractive indexes, and a plurality of electrodes which are adapted to apply an electric field to each of the plurality of transparent thin films. Each of the plurality of transparent thin films comprises a material whose thickness changes according to the electric field.
