A method of switching between frequency channels of communication between wireless video communication modules may include, for example, transmitting over a first frequency channel at least one wireless video frame from a first wireless video communication module to a second wireless video communication module, wherein the video frame includes an indication of a second frequency channel to be used for communication between the first and second modules and an indication of a time at which the first and second modules are to switch to the second transmission channel.
