In the organic light emitting diode display, an organic light emitting diode device is formed at a front surface of a transparent substrate to radiate a light via the transparent substrate. And a cap is formed to enclose the organic light emitting diode device with having an internal air layer therebetween, and wherein the cap includes a glass and a metal coating layer which is coated at a bonding surface of the glass, and the bonding surface is attached to the transparent substrate.
