Information from location nodes is downloaded to a control center. A
mobile device associated with a user located in a specific area at a
geographical location is in communication at least one node, which is, in
turn, in communication with at least one control center. The nodes
communicate with each other wirelessly via radio frequency (RF) using
Bluetooth.TM. protocol. A messaging system is used to send specific
messages to mobile devices, according to the profiles of the users of the
mobile devices and their location relative to the nodes. Data mining and
commercial communications are possible for users associated with mobile
devices in particular locations.
