The pipe shaft is connected with the power unit and set through the container, and includes a fluid collecting opening. The filtering units are mounted the external wall of the pipe shaft alternately and perpendicularly whereby the pipe shaft is driven by the power unit, and the filtering units are rotated around an axis.
