Disclosed are new dihydropteridinones of general formula (I) ##STR00001## whereby the groups L, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 have the meanings given in the claims and specification, the isomers thereof, processes for preparing these dihydropteridinones and their use as pharmaceutical compositions.
