The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stable
freestanding pure water film. More specifically, the invention relates to
a method for manufacturing a stable freestanding pure water film by X-ray
bombardment of a small pure water volume in a capillary tube, the X-ray
bombardment evaporating the pure water volume to be a pure water thin
film and at the same time charging the surface of the pure water thin
film to be stabilized electrically.
