The present invention relates to a food composition comprising at least
one natural and/or artificial sugar that is present in said composition
at a suprathreshold concentration, characterized in that said food
composition further comprises at least one sweet-enhancing ingredient
chosen from the list comprising: benzaldehyde, ethylbutyrate, furaneol,
vanillin, isoamylacetate, or a combination thereof, said ingredient being
present in said composition at a concentration not exceeding 2.510.sup.-5
mg/l.
