The server apparatus includes a receiver that receives an electronic mail data including a destination telephone number from a sender terminal. A memory section stores at least one telephone number and at least one IP address in association with each other. A transmitter obtains an IP address that is pre-associated with the destination telephone number from the memory section and transmits the electronic mail data to the obtained IP address.
