satisfying a relationship of 0.3 (.mu.m) .ltoreq.Hp1-Hp2.ltoreq.1.0
(.mu.m); controlling a dropping amount V of liquid crystal so that a cell
gap G1 that is determined by the dropping amount V of liquid crystal, the
height Hp1 and the height Hp2 satisfying a relationship of
Hp2
