The composition is comprised of solution including L-Ascorbic acid and a pharmaceutically acceptable liquid carrier and delivery system. The administration of which is applied topically in appropriate composition and dosage for intranasal or trans tympanic route in the form of drops, spray, aerosol, rinse, douche, gel, or devices.
