The present invention includes a blower device supplying an outdoor air to an indoor space and discharging an indoor air to an outdoor space, a heat exchange unit performing heat exchange between the outdoor air supplied to the indoor space and the indoor air discharged to the outdoor space, and a case having a first chamber receiving the heat exchange unit therein and a second chamber receiving the blower device therein to communicate with the first chamber.
