A wireless telephone transceiver section coupled to communicate wireless telephony data with a remote wireless telephony device. A baseband processing module produces inbound data from an inbound symbol stream and processes outbound data to produce an outbound symbol stream, wherein the inbound data includes RFID data and wireless telephony data.
