What is described are derivatives of benzoyl derivatives of the formula (I) and their use as herbicides. ##STR00001## In this formula (I), R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are different radicals, X is a bridge atom selected from the group consisting of oxygen and sulfur and Het is a saturated heterocyclic group which comprises oxygen and carbon atoms.
