The second resonance chamber communicates with the first resonance chamber via at least an inverted hole (69) defined in the at least a spacing plate. The first resonance chamber communicates with a surrounding environment so that sound emitted from the first and second tone holes of the loudspeaker can be transferred to the surrounding environment.
