A data management apparatus identifies a RF-ID tagged display medium to which contents information is to be outputted, and determines whether or not output of contents information to the identified display medium is permitted. Further, the data management apparatus determines whether or not the contents information designated by a print instruction is registered, and an RF-ID reader-integrated printing apparatus outputs the contents information designated by the print instruction to the display medium, based on the determination by the data management apparatus.
