A new and distinct cultivar of Osteospermum plant named `Vient Flamingo`, characterized by its compact, semi-upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; freely branching growth habit; freely flowering habit; large daisy-type inflorescences with yellow-colored ray florets with red purple-colored venation; and good garden performance.
