situations for adjustment on or off a patient including the elements of
an ergonomic occipital support region 102, a bridge junction 119 and an
ergonomic spinal support region 101, an adjustable height neck support
region 103, the neck support region is vertically aligned but may be
horizontally offset, the spinal support region is stoppably and stowably
hinged with the occipital support region at the bridge junction, the
occipital support region is independently circumferentially sized and
positioned adjustably with the neck support region; the spinal support
region is independently and adjustably secured to the neck support region
distinctively from the occipital and neck support region connections.
