A new and distinct cultivar of Phalaenopsis plant named `SOGO F1582`, comprises its flowers of white border with pink overlaid toward pink base and the pink white labellum, freely flowering habit, upright, freely branching and sturdy flowering stems, and the excellent postproduction longevity.
