A new and distinct cultivar of Regal Geranium plant named `Camvio`, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely basal branching habit; relatively small leaves; early and freely flowering habit; red purple and dark red bi-colored flowers; and no requirement for cooling treatment for flower development.
