This invention is directed to a protocol and design for an apparatus to
analyze the distribution and/or ratio of Thymine, Cytosine, Adenine and
Guanine of a DNA sequence from a target organism. The result is then used
to determine the possible impact the target organism may have in a host
such as a human body. The goal is to provide an effective way to diagnose
diseases such as infectious diseases, to test the safety of food and
drugs, and therefore to create natural and effective solutions for health
care and food supply. For example, a DNA analysis method configured
according to the invention receives a DNA sequence input and converts it
into a reassembled sequence. A result based on the reassembled sequence
may then be output.
