De-polluting, self-cleaning coating compositions are disclosed which comprise photocatalytic titanium dioxide and a binder comprising an epoxy siloxane polymer. The compositions produce durable, self-cleaning coatings with photocatalytic activity against pollutants in the air, such as NO.sub.x compounds.
