Compounds of formula (I): ##STR00001## wherein: R.sup.1 represents substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl; Y represents --(CR.sub.naR.sub.nb).sub.n--; R.sub.na and R.sub.nb are each independently hydrogen or C.sub.1-6alkyl; n is an integer from 0 to 5; R.sup.2 represents unsubstituted or substituted aryl or unsubstituted or substituted heteroaryl; R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 each independently represent hydrogen or C.sub.1-6-alkyl; R.sup.7 represents hydrogen or C.sub.1-6alkyl; R.sup.8 represents hydrogen or C.sub.1-6alkyl; and salts and solvates thereof; are CCR3 antagonists and are thus indicated to be useful in therapy.
