The disposal apparatus includes a reactor for permitting the food wastes and microbes for decomposing the food wastes to be contained therein; an agitator mounted inside the reactor for mixing the food wastes and the microbes; an air inlet connected with the reactor for permitting air to flow into the reactor; and an air heater connected with the air inlet for heating the air flowing into the reactor.
