The present invention provides according to an embodiment a method of reproducing digital content, comprising: (a) determining whether a sample data is present based on an indication information indicating a presence of the sample data; (b) reading a position information representing a location of a sample data if the sample data is present as a result of the step (a), the sample data being same as a portion of digital content and not protected; and (c) reproducing the sample data based on the read position information without Digital Right Management (DRM) information, the DRM information authorizing a reproduction of the digital content.
