The printing apparatus comprises: a permitted recipient information reception unit for receiving the identification information with respect to the permitted recipient; a job information reception unit for receiving the job information transmitted from the job information transmission unit; and a job execution unit for executing a printing process based on the job information including identification information with respect to a permitted recipient, which matches the identification information with respect to the permitted recipient received by the permitted recipient information reception unit, and outputting printed material related thereto.
