The center 8 has an amount of compressive deformation of 5.0 mm or greater and 10.0 mm or less, as measured with the initial load of 1 kgf and the final load of 10 kgf. The difference (H2-H1) between the surface hardness H2 of the core 4 and the hardness H1 of the center 8 is 25 or greater and 60 or less. The difference (H3-H1) between the hardness H3 of the cover 6 and the hardness H1 of the center 8 is 40 or greater and 65 or less.
