The packet form display field has packet form display information that represents a form in which the transmission packet is generated. The operation form display field has operation form display information that represents a form of an operation using the transmission packet. The attribute group field and/or a data group field have one of first information associated with attributes of the operation and second information associated with data regarding the operation.
