Transmitter (2) transmits the test signal toward speech organs, receiver (3) receives the test signal that has been reflected by the speech organs, and speech estimation unit (4) estimates speech or speech waveforms based on the waveform of the reflection wave of the test signal that was received by the receiver (3).
