A method for making biscuits wherein a dough mixture is dispensed into an
agitator. The dough mixture is agitated as it is being dispensed into
cavities of a die. The dough mixture is compressed into the cavities of
the die by a compression device. The dough mixture is ejected from the
cavities of the die by pushing the dough mixture from a top surface of
the die out of a bottom surface of the die and onto an apron with an
ejection mechanism.
