The reinforcing member is assembled to an edge of the chassis base. The reinforcing member includes a main body and a protruding portion protruded therefrom. The protruding portion is protruded toward an internal surface of the cover plate. It secures a space, for the signal transmission member, between the main body and the cover plate.
