Sprayable liquid emulsion polymer coating compositions comprised of
polymer resin and a plurality of additives for the purpose of protecting,
restoring, reconditioning, rejuvenating, and enhancing the color, luster
and durability of a multitude of different newer and older substrate
types. These coating and sealing compositions are anti-mold,
anti-graffiti, they withstand temperatures up to, and most likely in
excess of, 300 degrees Fahrenheit without compromising their structural
integrity, and they protect against the substrate-degrading effects of
oxygen, ozone, UV-radiation, moisture and dry rot. They are also
environmentally and user-friendly because they comprise minimal amounts
of hazardous constituents.
