The method includes accessing a plurality of first data packets having a first size, accessing at least one second data packet having a second size, the second size being larger than the first size, forming a plurality of third data packets comprising portions of the at least one second data packet based upon the first and second sizes, and selecting at least one of the plurality of first data packets based upon the plurality of third data packets.
