Implant structure consisting of an implant and an attachment. The
attachment is provided with a first coupling part for connection to the
implant and provided with a second coupling part for connection to a
prosthesis. The second coupling part may include a ball, cone, polygon or
cylinder or the like. It is proposed, according to the invention, to
construct the attachment from two connectable attachment parts. In this
manner, it is possible to achieve an angled attachment which ensures good
accessibility to the connecting screw of the first coupling part without
special openings having to be provided in the attachment. In addition,
the angle between the two attachment parts can readily be changed to suit
requirements by varying only one of the attachment parts. After fitting,
a structure with a smooth wall is produced.
