A metal coordination compound having the following structure: ##STR00001## wherein M' is Ir or Rh, m' is 2, and ##STR00002## are identical to each other and are represented by a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl isoquinoline ligand. A luminescence device and a display apparatus using this metal coordination compound are provided.
