An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition in which electrification of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet can be prevented upon peeling, and staining property on an adherend can be reduced, and an antistatic pressure-sensitive sheet and surface protecting film using this. There is provided a pressure-sensitive composition comprising an ionic liquid and a polymer having a glass transition temperature Tg of 0.degree. C. or lower as a base polymer.
