portion, an extension portion, and an end portion, all of which are
formed of a single length of an elongated rod member. The accessory
hanger is formed by including a plurality of spaced bends, with each bend
formed at a predetermined bend location, with a predetermined bend angle,
and in a predetermined bend direction. The accessory hanger is
specifically structured for being slipped over and securely engaging an
upper portion of a support structure such as a PVC fence, without the
