A new and distinct cultivar of Symphoricarpos plant named `Kolmaswet`, characterized by its compact, upright and outwardly spreading plant habit; short stems and internodes, bushy and dense habit; freely flowering habit; numerous red purple-colored berries; and good garden performance.
